🇸�🇪KARLSTAD - I started this year in @wermlandopera like last year! Fun to play with José again, we haven’t played together on many years!📯📯 After the concert I skipped the party and went instead alone in the jacuzzi in my hotel for a long time, to get warm after very cold days - and a cold concert..!🥶 And to recharge before a four hour drive tomorrow that will probably take much longer due to a massive snow storm and big warnings..😬❄️⚠️

🩷 HEART OPENERER on a block - or just roll a towel and put it under your spine, horizontally or vertically. Find a level where you can still feel comfortable, but that it is interesting. Arms can be down, out to the sides or higher up. Make sure your head has some support so you keep a quite long neck. Stay for 3-10 minutes.

✨This is an amazing pose to open your posture and compensate for all that static and forward, inrotated positions we use in all other stuff we are doing.

🧠 When you expose your heart and throat like this you also sending signals to you brain that you are safe, and you will calm down. Perfect after a long day with a lot of playing. Or to open up in the morning. Or whenever you need.

🩷 HEART OPENERER on a block - or just roll a towel and put it under your spine, horizontally or vertically. Find a level where you can still feel comfortable, but that it is interesting. Arms can be down, out to the sides or higher up. Make sure your head has some support so you keep a quite long neck. Stay for 3-10 minutes.

✨This is an amazing pose to open your posture and compensate for all that static and forward, inrotated positions we use in all other stuff we are doing.

🧠 When you expose your heart and throat like this you also sending signals to you brain that you are safe, and you will calm down. Perfect after a long day with a lot of playing. Or to open up in the morning. Or whenever you need.
